1. How did you discover EYE?

We got to know about the EYE via colleagues in another country.

2. Why did you decide to participate?

Since it appeared as interesting program where YE will benefit, but also we as HE. And we were quite right in this estimation.

3. Why did you choose to participate in this programme?

To get in touch with EU programs and contribute on noble ideas and values EU is working and promoting. Another reason is challenge ourselves also.

4. When did you set up your company?

2010 the part we are in charge.

5. How many years of experience do you have?

13 years of experience.

6. What were your expectations before starting the programme?

To have overall positive learning impact on our NE.

7. Provide examples of activities carried out by the NE during the exchange (administrative activities, conferences, other)

Above written in question by you, plus attending the seminars, dealing with the students, working in market research and evaluation, making future projections.

8. What did you learn from the exchange?

That people have similar ideas about the same thing but realisation can be very different from case to case.

8.1. How did the NE help?

NE gave us new and fresh insight into our activities which we did not have. NE was part of our administration but also part of the students we have.

8.2. Are you going to incorporate new ideas and methods proposed by the NE?

We already did incorporate few ideas coming from our NE, especially those ideas which were coming from NE unique position in our organisation, being part of Admin and students in the same time.

9. How will the exchange benefit the companies? New opportunities: Further partnerships? Cross-border trade?

We are in contact with our NE and we are looking towards further Exchange of ideas and prospective which could be of benefit for both parties.

 

NE – NEW ENTREPRENEUR

1.      Why did you choose to participate in the programme?

Because it’s giving me amazing opportunity to prepare myself, theoretically and practically, for realizing my business plan and project.

2.      Did you and when did you set up your company (if relevant)?

Not yet.

3.      What were your expectations before starting the programme?

To gain skills and knowledge required to start up my own project (yoga school/center).

4.      How does the HE run his business? How did you actively participate in the day-to-day activities?

HE runs his business in highly professional way. HE has years of experience in organizing, preparing and running courses in yoga field with expert teachers. I was learning the marketing skills, positive interaction with students, learning from teachers, mentors, my HE, actively participating in the courses.

5.      Provide examples of activities carried out by you during the exchange (administrative activities? Conferences? Other?)

• Learning how to set up yoga course/school and promoting it online
• Communication skills with potential clients (online and during yoga festival days)
• Active participation in courses (yoga practice, philosophy, meditation tehniques, asanas…)
• Assisting students on courses

6.      What did the you learn from the experience? Do you feel more confident about your business start-up? Would you encourage other would-be/new entrepreneurs to participate in the programme? What is your overall feeling about the programme?

I definitely feel more confident about my business start up after this experience and would definitely encourage others to participate in this amazing programme. My overall feeling about the programme is gratitude (to people who setted this programme up), its so much helpful! A win win deal.
